My yoga offerings are not just about movement; they are a moving meditation and a direct conversation with your nervous system. Designed from my work in somatic psychotherapy, my style builds upon tangible, structural foundations to create safety and strength from within.
For those who have a history of anxiety or feeling disconnected from your body, a fast-paced gym can feel activating, but not regulating. It might even become another distraction from the stresses in your life. In my classes and workshops, I create a flow where you can reclaim your body as your own, move at your own pace, on your own terms, making this a personal spiritual practice realigning your body and mind.
This is yoga with somatic neuroscience: using mindful movement with anatomical alignment to release stored tension, re-pattern the nervous system, and cultivate an empowered sense of self.

The Architecture of Stuck
Mapping Your Inner Landscape with Your Body
Your body already holds the map to releasing your stress. Learn its language.
Based on the work of Social Presencing Theatre and informed by somatic therapy, this workshop operates on a simple radical premise: the places where we feel “stuck” in our bodies are not abstract concepts. They are held as specific patterns of tension, posture and energy in our physical bodies. By externalising this “stuck” shape through a mindful practice, we can see our hidden dynamics with new eyes, and thereby uncover the innate, often surprising, wisdom of our body’s next step towards freedom.
You will leave with:
a direct, embodied experience of a personal “stuck” pattern and a tangible sense of its “next step”
a powerful practice you can use on your own to gain clarity in challenging situations
